Marriott Key Largo Bay Resort, Key Largo, USA

The Marriott is located along a nice, small sandy beach. The pool area has a hydraulic lift. All levels are accessible with ramps and lifts. The staff was very friendly, except for a snob at reception who was very arrogant and not very helpful. Unfortunately, most of the wheelchair rooms – as so often – have no sea view. In our room, you could not even open the window because it went out into the corridor. But compared to the Hilton Resort nearby the Marriott was the best alternative. It was very surprising to us how to view hotels on the Florida Keys offered wheelchair-accessible rooms. (02.04.2013)
