Harbour View restaurant in old Manila has delicious seafood and showcases all the variety Phillippines has to offer and best of all affordable prices. Also, if you arrive just at sunset you are in for a treat as the restaurant is situated above the water.
From Fish, squid, prawns, scallops whatever you desire will be here. the food is freshly prepared and the service is efficient and fast.
The cheesecakes are also recommended. We went two times during our 4 days stay as we loved it so much.
